  Will Blaylock and his team helped every step of the loan process. We did not use a realtor and Will was always available for any question we had, even on weekends! The whole process took place on line due to COVID. Couldn’t have asked for a better team!

  I would highly recommend the Jason Bialek Team to ANYONE who is looking for a smooth process of buying a house. Will Blaylock was extremely patient, consistent, professional, respectful and down to Earth to work with during my process. He was able to educate me on every step of the process by explaining what each step was and what it was for. He answered every question and concern I had in a very timely manner, one that was actually very impressive cause that alone showed that he always had time for me, even though he was busy with other people's loans as well. He made sure i felt just as important as his other clients. Being able to upload my documents on their website saved me from having to take time away from work, worrying about whether i would make it to their office before it closes, or any other concern. I was able to safely and securely upload any and all documents Will needed at my convenience with my busy schedule. Being able to do this also allowed me to see what step i was in for my loan application. It was very comforting to get the text messages from the Jason Bialek Team as my loan went into underwriters as so i wouldn't worry about any hiccups and it soothed any stress i had about the process. I have and will continue to recommend the Jason Bialek Team to anyone looking for a smooth, simple, and quick process of purchasing their home

  Great company and people to work with! Will Blaylock made sure we were always updated through the whole process and was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. This was by far the easiest and smoothest real estate transaction I have ever been through.
