  We have had nothing but positive experiences at Atlantic Union Bank. Christopher Barham (Vinton branch at the time) is the absolute best. He worked tirelessly, on a time crunch, to help us get a personal loan, staying positive and encouraging the whole time. He is all about excellent customer service and has mastered it. Any time banking comes up in a conversation I mention Atlantic Union and Chris specifically. We love this bank!

  My initial experiences with Atlantic Union Bank have been very good. I met with Cathryn to set up my business account. She was very friendly and thorough, and my account was set up in just a few minutes. Very shortly afterward, I had received emails with detailed instructions about setting up online banking access and was able to sign onto my account online without any issue. I chose a local bank to support regional business but also because I prefer to be a name and not just another number. In so doing, I am very aware that Atlantic Union is not available across the nation like some bigger banks, and that's okay with me. So far, I've been extremely happy with the service I've received, and I hope to keep this relationship for many years to come. Thanks, Atlantic Union!

  People are friendly helpful and remember you. That's why I chose a LOCAL bank. Given a choice I'll always do business with a local bank in my community over BOA or the other mega banks. Just remember that local banks have some limitations and plan accordingly when travelling etc. My son went to England and Scotland and they were really helpful getting us set up debit card wise and with information on minimizing fees etc. No problems at all with his trip. Like I said local banks may have some limitations but you'll be a name and not a number. Love seeing the same people and having them address you when you walk in. Been there a couple years won't be leaving as long as it stays this good.

  Very poor customer service and I hate to say that we are hurt after visiting this place to make a deposit, we have been to other Atlantic union and they have provided us with excellent customer service. This people here make judgment upon your race.

  I have banked with this company for over 21 year. I have a personal and business accounts with them. In all the years dealing with them i have had no issues. Everyone at the branch is very friendly and personable. They know you by name. I would highly recommend this bank to everyone.

  Multiple unnecessary charges, starting out as a 10$ charge for checks cashed while not having an account, which wouldn't be so bad but they botched setting up the account as well and I ended up going to another bank and paying 3$ to cash my check there, I recommend you do the same

  I am irritated that your public restrooms are closed. Your lobby is open so your restrooms should be as well. Covid is not an excuse. Restaurants and grocery stores restrooms are available to their costumes.

  I have banked with this bank when it was salem bank and trust 30 years and also have had a very successful business account with them ,yesterday I called the manager to cash another bank's check that loaned me money very well known bank , I was told that he had to wait 3 to 7 business days for it to go through, I then went to my wife's bank and they cashed it and I had my money in hand less than 4 minutes, I will be changing from union bank because this has happened several times,,I DO NO SUGGEST banking with this bank,,,

  It is the worst bank ever not to mention there is none of these out of state. Everytime i travel i have no access to my account unless i pay crazy atm charges
