  Terina is always so eager and friendly to help with all of our insurance needs. We started with a home owners policy and now my fiancé has all of his small business insurance through Lancaster Insurance Center, and we are switching personal auto next! Terina is so helpful and knowledgable of different options for each need you may have, personal insurance or small business. Im so thankful we have switched to an insurance agent who genuinely cares for her customers and goes the extra mile, always delivering excellent customer service.

  Terina has been wonderful! When I came to her, I had a list of questions a mile long, none of which were really her concern (the questions were caused by previous insurance agency). She took a lot of time to try to answer every question, without knowing if I would be giving her any business. She is very transparent and honest. She gives multiple quotes. Professionally goes over them all, and helps to choose the best policy for your needs. She is also readily available, with a very short response time, if any!! I look forward to having her as our agent for many years, and referring anyone I can!

  Terina is wonderful to work with. She is always looking out for her customers. She is attentive to your needs, always available and on top of all that she actually makes house (or business) calls. Yes, she comes to you. Terina has really made my life easier and less complicated by making it possible to work with one agent for personal home and auto as well as commercial. I highly recommend you have her review your current policy. When I did she ended up saving me money and even increased my coverage in the process.
