  My husband and I used Krutz Properties a year ago, to buy our first home. We had a terrific experience using them! They were very attentive to all of our questions and needs.   Absolutely no Morals at all. Will sell anything just to make a sale. If you have to deal with Krutz please please make sure you get the inspection done before you give a deposit because you might just get duped and not get your whole deposit back on a house that had a bad inspection.

  My husband and I worked with Rochelle Monk of Krutz Realty. Rochelle was professional and perfect in selling our home and in the process of buying our new home. Rochelle was diligent in taking us to approximately 35 houses before we found the right one and she actually sold our house within 3 weeks! We would highly recommend Krutz Realty and Rochelle Monk as anyone's real estate agent. If the were more stars to give I would double them.

  I would highly reccomend Krutz properties when searching for the right home. Eric Salsbury took the time to show us property after property until we finally found the right place. He took the time to answer my questions, regardless of time of day or day of week. I truly felt that they had an interest in finding something that suited my family's needs and not just a business transaction.

  We purchased our home a year or so ago. We had a great experience w Pat one of the sales person. She listed to us, as to what we were looking for and very patient as we asked about different properties in the area. Pat could not have been more helpful. She has touched base several times after we purchased the house. I have recommended Krutz Realtors to other folks I know, as well as recommending Pat be their sales person.   Excellent Customer Service & Professionalism that stands above the rest in the area. I cannot speak for all Krutz employees since we have only worked with Patricia Edick; However, They all have been extremely welcoming and professional in passing. As for our Realtor Patricia, she is one of the best in the business when it comes to personal needs and space along with market knowledge. It is very hard to find any type of service without a monetary or personal gain that supersedes your own needs; Patricia from day one has put her own personal gains to the back and has done everything in her power to get us where we want to be in our search for a home. With that being said, she has stuck by our side for 3 years in our search and has never once been negative at any of our personal choices that have lead us to still be searching for the perfect home. Wonderful personality and outstanding professionalism at all levels with her. She has listen to us; along with guiding us through the whole home buying process and it has been very stress free due to Patricia's & Krutz Properties level of professionalism put behind each one of their clients.   So unhappy with Bob. The laziest realtor ever met. I told Broker Laurie in October that he should be fired. Now no sale on house do to numerous issues from buyers to myself (because Bob did not research on my land or got me ready for what would be needed for sale) ....my contract ended Dec 1 and now can't get lazy Bob to sign release of contract so that can sell for no profit, just avoid foreclosure.

  I had to list a very difficult property in the Canajoharie area. I lived in the Finger Lakes region of Western NY. A friend referred me to Kurtz Properties. Bob Buck from Kurtz met me and we listed that day. Within in a day or two the property was being shown. Bob worked very hard and diligent. The closing took an excessive long time and he had to work through the jitters of a very nervous buyer. I would give Bob Buck 10 stars, for an incredible job well done. You can list or sell with Bob Buck as your real estate professional with confidence.
