  Recently closed on our re-finance. Our contact, Alex Levy, was EXCELLENT! Any financing is stressful ... so many questions ... so many documents to find.   They messed up on a few occasions. I Made a simple requestTo get my payoff via email over a week ago have yet to receive it. Their phone system is a joke.
