  Our experience with Lakeview Mortgage was nothing short of the best. They were prompt, accurate, resourceful, and confident. My husband and I just purchased a home, and could not have done it without Lakeview Mortgage. Mark was extremely knowledgable of the options available to us in a pinch which was exactly what I needed. I walked into their office 2 weeks prior to closing on our house, and Lakeview Mortgage was my last hope as the other lender was not doing their job.   In the fall of 2013, our financing fell through just 36 hours before closing on a beautiful brick house for our family of four. We were keeping our old house and the renters had already signed a lease so we had nowhere to go. A friend told us to call Lakeview mortgage. Lakeview listened and understood the situation and worked overtime to get us the financing we needed. Luckily the sellers agreed to push the closing back two weeks and Lakeview secured the new loan in plenty of time with a lower interest rate to top it off! Mike Eskenazi and his crew at Lakeview Mortgage truly saved our family! We love our new house and our son and daughter love their neighborhood schools!

  We only have extremely positive things to say about working with Mark and Theresa at Lakeview Mortgage. Super professional and knowledgeable, they made us feel that we had someone in our corner throughout the process of buying our dream home. Buying a house is stressful in itself, but they made it as pleasant as I think is possible. We would highly recommend going through Lakeview Mortgage if you're in the market to buy a house.

  They will debit your account 2 to 3 days before due date and deny it when you call them. Happened multiple times.

  This company is trash. Customer service is horrible spent hours on the phone and have not gotten anywhere.
