  Great place to go to do vehicle title transfer! They know what they are doing and was a very quick process! I'd highly recommend using this location to transfer or get new plates and title transfer. Clarissa, the manager knows what she's doing!

  I had an awesome experience here. Very helpful and friendly cashier that I dealt with. Might be a tad pricey but well worth it. I walked out with my plates and sticker in hand. I would go back again anytime.

  As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, 2.8 stars is beyond generous for this circus of an establishment. Absolute clowns who only feel like working when they can pull a scheme over you. Tried to get a document notarized & was told they couldn't do it. When asked why, they stated they simply didn't want to. Save yourself the rude arrogance and head over to your local DMV or bank for any assistance!

  I had an extremely positive experience there cashing a check that was giving me a headache getting cashed (long story). Instead of just going, "Sorry, can't cash it." like every other place; the teller went above and beyond the call to find out what was causing the issue and got it solved and got it cashed for me.

  They kicked me out for telling the guy infront of me how bad they were trying to rob him. $240 is there fee for a boat and trailer title transfer plus the state taxes And fees. Go to the Department of natural resources. It's $240 cheaper. These people are terrible. 800 total for a $500 boat. And when you ask what they charge they lie. That's the only reason I told the guy. The jobba the hut looking lady told me to get the he'll out of her store. Still don't have the title for my boat

  Went to transfer a Title and purchase plates for a 50cc scooter. They said there is "no such plate". It's on the website, Pick-A-Plate, and I showed her the correct plate from the Il Secy. of State website on my cell phone. She had no clue so I left. Went to the Palatine location and t6old her what I needed, mentioned they couldn't do it in LZ and she's calling the LZ store to see what "happened" and not doing my Title/Plates. I asked her if she could do the plate, and could she call there later. She said "I'm her Supervisor and she didn't call me, I need to know why". I asked her if she could just do my transaction and look into that after I'm done. She said "I already see YOU'RE the Problem, slammed the window down, said "Get Out"!!! I asked why she's doing this and she screamed "Gert Out" again.
