  Worst customer service. Not only Under staff but not qualified staff. We have been platinum status with Bank of America for 30 years + and we could not get simple service in person such as Canadian dollars converted because teller didn’t know how to. This happened twice in same location. Definitely considering to transfer our funds to other local bank.

  Surprise! Another location bites the dust! Website says they're open but upon arrival another " Temporarily Closed" sign. Seems like a lot of customers surprised too as I'm writing this. I don't bank here, I only have a credit card which I like to pay the balance in person. But the next sentence should be: Why would you bank here?

  Bank of America is always helpful. Their staff is always professional, thorough, covid safe, and friendly. I love how quick they are and how they pay close attention to detail and security to your account and bank securities. If you ever have concerns on your account, they never hesitate to help you also. The time it takes to get in and out is always fast too and if it's ever busy, they always have a helper walk thru any line that may form to help out the customers to prepare for when they get to the window.

  Poor customer service, rude branch manager who is setting a new un-welcoming culture for that branch. It used to be friendly Also, your hours and the days you're open are so random. I have better odds betting on the Bears to win the super bowl than your compliance with your posted business hours.

  Upon pulling up, the building is in very bad shape and looks awful. Most of the parking lot is fenced / blocked off. There are only 3 parking spots that exist. Not a problem because the bank was empty with only 1 other customer. The drive thru is closed and all the employees park their cars in the drive thru. :( Kelly was extremely rude to me. She was also rude and kept asking the customer behind me if she wants to just use the ATM even after the lady kept saying she prefers to go to the teller. I’m glad my money is not in this bank. Why does this bank go out of their way to avoid cashing a check? They will try every tactic to not cash it. From requiring your finger prints to mandatory social security numbers, ID's, setting up an account, etc (and of course fees). This place should close like so many other Bank of America locations in the area.

  I had the chance to open up a business checking account at this location on 5/13/2020 and cannot express how wonderful Amy Wilderman was to interact with for this purpose. She could not have been more polite, professional, or prompt. Representatives like Amy are how banks keep customers, personal and business alike, for decades. A million times over, thank you Amy for being so helpful in such a uniquely volatile time.

  So they approved me for an account online because there are no branches in my home town only to close it without notifying me AFTER I had my direct deposit set up for my payroll.. no email.. no call.. not a letter not even a pigeon note.. and when you call do you think the person who couldn’t even understand English cared.. not at all.. he simply said the system online could not verify who you are and to prevent identity theft we closed it.. soooooo you don’t want to verify who I am then and he very calmly said I can’t over the phone.. sooooo can I fax you my information.. no you can’t but you can travel out of town to a location and take two forms of id.. thank god Theu did close the account because this was the perfect start to a shitttttyyyy relationship

  Friendly but very busy and they use a scheduling software on iPads that is disconnected from their back end systems. If you need something more than a teller you have to wait a while or risk being turned away until the next day. I suspect the scheduling software makes them busier than they would be without it, but maybe I'm just impatient.

  Much better customer service and business appreciation then the location on rand road in deer park. I closed my business account while back and needed statements which werent avaialable online anymore, this branch went out of the way and helped me on the spot as deer park's manager tried to charge $5/statement.

  Been a longtime customer. Applied for a mortgage and having everything in excellent shape such as my credit and money in my accounts, I was denied a mortgage for the reason of "No recent renters history". They were concerned that I was living with my parents and haven't rented in the past 8 months. Really disappointed in BofA.
