They were all very personable and patient when explaining each step of the way and keeping me informed. As someone going through the home buying process for the first time, it was quite daunting.   Mike and his team were fantastic to work with throughout our home buying process! They were very transparent every step of the way and made it very clear what next steps were for us. In addition, they always answered our questions in a timely manner. It didn't matter time of day or day of the week, this team made sure that we were clear every step of the way.   Mike and his team were so thorough and reliable throughout our entire home buying process. As first time homebuyers during a very tumulus time in the housing market Mike was able to expertly answer all of our questions, and made us feel so comfortable throughout this process. His team (Katie especially!) made sure we understood everything that was happening every step of the way.
