      My first time visiting a physical branch in a long, long time. Ms. Josalyn C. at the Woodward Ave branch location made everything super easy and flawless! Huge thank you to her! The rest of the folks there were super friendly also!! My only complaint is the lack of a branch anywhere downriver / closer to me.

      Long wait times via customer service phone lines. (Avg 25 min wait) Service levels have deteriorated. Requested a replacement ATM card last Monday. Still have received the card. 7 business days later.
