  I definitely would not recommend getting a loan from them. I had the teller or whoever handle my loan tell me I was approved, and what papers to bring when I had time to finish the loan. When I come in I’m told I’m denied because I stopped working part time at my second job cause I got a raise at my main job, even though the person handling my loan told me it wouldn’t affect my loan cause the job I was making the most at was my main source of income. No email no call in change to my status of the loan, I wasn’t told I was denied till I walked in. I went off what I was told from the tellers. Definitely considering getting a new bank because of this. No communication.

  Excellent customer service! They were friendly, patient and answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. Veey clean and comfortable surroundings as well.

  Ever since switching to Lake Trust, I've been making money instead of paying fees! Their hours aren't as flexible as my old bank, but it's worth the trade off. All of their employees have been very sweet to me, and have even taken time to tell me how I could earn more rewards by switching around some accounts. So far, customer service gets 5 stars!

  I joined Lake Trust about six years ago, the lady that helped me was very nice. When I went in the bank was pretty busy. But I was approached by a woman within 2 or 3 minutes. For how busy they were, that was a fast response. I explained to her what I was there for and she went and started my account. When she came back, she explained how she set up my account and explained all the benefits of the account. She told me what I needed to do to avoid charges. She then had me go up to a teller and make a deposit. The teller was not only a very sweet lady, she was very efficient at her job. Ever since starting my account, every visit to Lake Trust has been just as enjoyable. I have yet to of had a bad visit, they are all so very nice and happy all the time. Without a doubt, the best banking experience I have ever had. Plus, the added benefit is that it's a Credit Union, as a customer you are also part owner. If you are not a member yet, what are you waiting for. Get rid of the big bad banking institution's that make us all miserable, then go to Lake Trust and enjoy a better banking experience. REALLY!

  I have been with Lake Trust since "99"..they actually were Huron River Area Credit Union when I opened mine and my Sons Accounts there...the people there are Wonderful!! I would encourage if you're looking for and want a Credit Union to go there!! They Truly are a 5 Star!! Thank you Lake Trust!!!

  I have been with lake trust since 1985 when it was Huron river area credit union. Never have I had a problem with them. All of the employees are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Big kudos to all who make lake trust the best credit union ever!

  Bank tellers are usually awesome so nothing against them or any one location in general. As far as a credit union itself. Jesus they're straight up terrible. Any type of problem you could have I had it. Should've never left navy federal.

  I have had nothing but great service from this credit company, they even called and had us come in to rearrange our loan to SAVE US MONEY! As far as Keith Gore's statement, he must be having a mid life problem or he was in another office because these people go way out of their way to help everyone and I am sure Jesus doesn't work at Lake Trust Keith!

  Always have great service, staff is very friendly! They once gave me a cream cheese glazed doughnut. Lauren is fantastic she helped me get a loan and made the process effortless.
