  The staff are very friendly willing to help you anyway they can. It's a nice small bank to do business with. You have to live in Girard. Or lakecity to become a customer or work out here.

  This use to be an amazing little Credit Union. The ladies that use to work there were absolutely amazing and kind. The newer women are very unkind and rude. Find a different place to go.

  Tiffany, I'm sorry that you had an unpleasant experience. We do try to remain pleasant and professional, however sometimes we have to deny certain member requests that are outside of our policy. I apologize if you felt that we were being rude.
