Relaxed Cow5Personally have never had a bad experience with this bank! Ladies are always nice and they are informative. I like the thank you messages they sometimes write on the envelopes for the money!
Response from the ownerThank you for your service and being a member with us. Have a wonderful day.

Joey Mendoza1I have been with this bank for years. Customer service has declined drastically. I highly recommend you to search for a better community bank. Unless you like being mistreated, looked down at, frowned upon, disrespected, or even possibly yelled at. Yes yelled at. Horrible staff zero stars 🌟
Response from the ownerI am sorry , you experienced this, and know we are here to serve the member. Would you happen to know who tended to you? We always strive to make sure the member needs are served .

maryhdez4522 hernandez1Came 2x to get my card replaced..because staff does not know or wants to thier job. Plus I have to pay 10 dls for it ...this BS charge. Time look at replacing you as a bank. If I could rate you 0 stars I would.

Romina McFarland1Walked into open up a business account and the front lady Martha was very rude. She asked us to leave due to not having a mask. I'm vaccinated and so I left. Every time I go to this bank its one thing or another.

cheezits7211Horrible service. Never answer calls. Can not leave message because inbox is always full. Card gets locked often and I cannot reach anybody to fix it. It happens often. Card is locked, try calling, finally reach someone after 13th call, get transferred, and they hang up on me, making me have to redo the entire process over and over. Do yourself a favor, and go to bank of america or BBVA, chase, anything but LJFCU

Yari1They NEVER answer their phone!!!! No customer service at all! My husband and I are out of town and don’t have access to the mobile app online banking it keeps saying validation error and we can not get a hold of anyone! As soon as we get back to the valley we are CANCELING with this bank. Horrible bank. This is not the first time we’ve had these problems

Luis Ortiz1Worst bank to do business with, my bank account was hacked for the second time less than a month. Went and reported unauthorized charges to the bank and was informed to file a police report and they got my debit card deactivated, checked my bank statement the following day and money was taken again using the debit card, this has to stop.

YeSeNiA HeRnAnDeZ1This bank is the worst!!! I had my car stolen in Mexico, I had full coverage plus the gap insurance ( the bank needs to pay what the insurance didn't) Well, they refused to pay a penny... Oh! I also opened a separate account after my split with common law, and he was behind on some paymets.... Well they removed my money without my authorization..... this is when I opted out.... better luck to you.

alondra salinas1Horrible bank!! If you’re planning on opening an account with them DON’T, they are very unorganized. They never answer calls, make changes on your bank accounts without your consent. Half of the time they don’t know what they’re doing or what’s going on with your accounts!!
