  Had an unfair experience with management. Mike Saldaña was helping me pawn an item that I had previously pawned before at the same price but then assistant manager Norma lowered the final price which was so unfair. I've been a loyal costumer for many years and never had an issue until now.

  Very friendly and easy service. I had an old PS3 with several games that I’ve been meaning to get rid of and I knew it wouldn’t be easy at all at this point to find a buyer, but the managers Brissa and Griselda were able to assist me with selling it to the store at a very fair price overall

  I make a deal for a bundle lot of games with the manager. Spend 20 min picking out 11 games. Dude wants to charge me more than what the manager quoted, I say what the price was but they say no. Manager I spoke to just stands there as if we never spoke. I left. You're not going to get rid of your old stock of games by charging more than what it costs for a new copy of your selection from 2015.
