      Came in for first time to inquire about making a payment from a shared credit union I do business with, and possibly switching my personal and business banking to L&N. Neither teller greeted me and the one who asked "what do you need today" wasn't very interested in providing any info I might need. I walked out knowing right away that I didn't want to do business with this company.

      I understand people have policies they need to follow. However, I need to break a 20 and wasn't a member so they told me they couldn't. Had a crying baby with me, Extremely frustrating. Said it was due to fraud I love they were bank so they could check to see if the money was real or not Would not recommend joining this federal credit union at all

      I have belonged here for 3yrs now after coming from out of state. I find them all to be very friendly and helpful. They went to great lengths in helping me get money transferred and in dealing with other financial institutions, IRA’s, etc. I would recommend the J-Town branch to anyone!!

      Excellent location in Jeffersontown close to several shops and stores. Plenty of parking spots and lots of area. Very clean and nice area with plenty of friendly employees. Reasonable easy access to the store. Can be seen from the main road.
