  Great service, attentive staff. I have been a member of this credit union since the day I was born. I will likely remain a member of this credit union until the day I die. Need I say more in this review? If you obtain financial services elsewhere, you are wasting your time.

  My husband and I have had excellent experiences at Park Community Credit Union with both the branch manager and assistant branch manager. Both have been very courteous, polite and helpful in whatever transaction we were dealing with.

  Very friendly, knowledgeable people. I've been with them for 15 years and I don't think I have ever paid a fee. I cannot recommend Park Community any stronger. Fantastic place for all of your banking, I have checking, savings, credit card and a personal loan with them.

  Park Community is a great bank and partner. Where conventional banks failed on a home loan in a timely manner, Park Community stepped up and got it done within 30 days. I’ve moved all my family accounts and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

  I recently decided to find a new Credit Union and am I glad I found Park Community on Blankenbaker!! Mrs. Chong Harlow was amazing!! She was so professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me!! If you are looking for a friendly banking environment you found it with PCCU!!

  It was TERRIBLE!!! I Withdrew my $11,000.00 and closed my business account. We did business for 6 years and all they could do for me was hold my money. wouldn't give me a credit card, a loan or anything. I have credit cards , just not threw you. Went to a different bank and received a 30 thousand dollar loan in two days. I applied with you in October and heard nothing its a whole new year. you all need new management. sign a New Business Owner that couldn't get help from my own bank! PS You only got that star cause it made me to do this post!
