  This is THE place to go for your mortgage needs! Bill Davis and his wife, Allison, were professional, honest and informative - YOUR allies when working with underwriters. Super people of character and fulfilling every commitment they made to us. We became fast friends! And, on top of this, they got us the best rates on the market (I shopped hard and, yes, they beat Rocket Mortgage!). They guided us with experienced and good counsel. We are VERY happy about every aspect of working with them!

  Working with Securitas Mortgage was the best decision I’ve made in years. Robert and William both worked tirelessly to get my refinance done in record time. Time was of the essence and they stepped right up and delivered beautifully. They were both very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable in this field. I’d recommend talking to them over a standard bank any day. I will use them in the future and I will direct anyone who will listen to give them a call! I’m a very happy relieved single mama to three awesome kids who can now say we are forever HOME!

  Allison Rosenberg at Securitas was nothing short of AMAZING and a pleasure to work with. I work with a lot of Lenders in my profession that I spend countless hours on emails, calls, etc trying to reach them if help is needed, and unfortunately the majority of them are difficult to deal with. Allison was always quick to respond and help, as well as being very knowledgeable and proactive through the entire process. We had some bumps along the way with inspections, documentation needed etc, but she lead us through the process and got us through it, which we are very thankful for! She was always available and answered all of our calls, text or emails very quickly and efficiently. Overall excellent experience.

The required documentation was explained throughly and uploaded easily to their web site . The entire closing was seamless and easy. Bill was always available and answered all my calls in person .   If you’re looking through these reviews, I assume that you’re doing the same thing I was 3 weeks ago. I had a bad experience with a mortgage broker (whom shall remain nameless, as it was a personality thing). I had noticed all the positive reviews of Bill Davis here & on other sites, so I called him up. Best decision I could have made. 3 weeks later, I’ve closed on my cash-out refi & couldn’t be happier with the ease of the process with Bill. Do yourself a favor & make that same call.
