  The ladies here are very nice. They make what could be an awkward and embarrassing situation, into an empathic option. The reps are friendly and they lay out snacks for customers which is an unexpected treat. Parking can be difficult, but that is due to too many businesses next to each other in such a small area. I was running behind and had to come in the next day after my payday loan was due and the ladies were nice to hold my check until I came in. As long you communicate with them, they definitely work with you. I definitely would highly recommend this place.

  My experience with La Cash Advance has been super if I could I would give them 10 stars, I would they have worked beyond there needs to help you. I went on line read the comments that was given, it is not true at all. I drive from Pomona to West Covina, that how much I am Satisfy with there service.

  so many things wrong with this place I honestly don’t know where to start and to think u could talk to the manager to get a problem resolved no she’s just as rude as the other girl that works their not sure her name but she is a heavy set Hispanic girl. They don’t communicate with u in regards to your loan they actually say one thing and do the other deposit checks as they please, notify they will deposit checks a particular day but change dates as they please with out the consumer (me) being notified Wich is not right, they don’t think about their customers at all , you are going to a business feeling safe and being able to trust them with the service u need and to be betrayed just like that . Is not fair as from this point I completely lost their trust. Sad to know that it’s possible they do this to other people as well but no one comes forward and says anything . If your in need of money because ur in a tight cituation like I was I think u should just try looking somewhere else and saving urself a headache. If it was possible I would give this place no stars.....

  Horrible service very rude girls. They just sit there not even saying what to fill out and what not to fill out, than they get mad at you, like umm no! You work here explain what you need done to process faster. I would never try to go here again I'd rather take my money else where. Super rude workers! Don't waste your time!!!! I would Deff give no stars if I could they suck that bad! Stop being rude to people!!!!
