  Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kyle walked us through every step, he let us ask any questions and never made us feel stupid if we had no idea what was going on. He made the process fun, he had a great attitude, we got along really well and he was professional but also made us feel like friends which made us comfortable.   It was a pleasure working with Kyle. My client (first time home buyer) insisted on using Kyle. I am always hesitant working with new lenders, because in my experience , they don't always have the buyer's interest at hand. Kyle was the exact opposite. He was upfront with my client when discussing fees and terms. He used local appraisers who understood this market and closed on time! It was a great experience for my first time buyer. Kyle even drove from Wilmington to attend the closing in person. I would highly recommend him again to any clients.
