  I can’t thank Eric Sykes and Sea Trust enough for their tireless efforts to make our (my wife Lisa and I) dream home a reality. From my first phone conversation with Eric, I knew I was in good hands. Friendly, engaging, informative and interested in us, Eric and I became fast friends and I knew (hoped) the process was going to be as easy as he described. To say it was even easier than that doesn’t do our financing process justice. Eric and I communicated almost daily, his response time to my calls or inquiries was always 5 minutes or less, even if after hours. I know that might sound crazy but I am being completely honest, Eric was amazing. I work long hours and some of my questions or issues arose before 5:00AM and or after 9:00PM, but Eric was there every time I called, text or emailed, and, always pleasant I might add. To say the loan application/mortgage process/subsequent approval and ultimate closing was a pleasure is stating it lightly. We actually had fun and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. My wife and I couldn’t be happier! We went from a phone call in early October, 2021, to closing on our new dream home on Oak Island, NC, on November 30, 2021, thanks to our, “friend”, Eric Sykes! If you are in need of financing, call Eric Sykes, I guarantee you’ll be happy with the results and my wife and I personally endorse him! Thank you to our new friend Eric Sykes, we love you!

  I don’t think 5 stars is even close to being high enough to express how AMAZING our experience was with Sea Trust Mortgage while working with Eric and the team! Eric and Terry are AWESOME! When it comes to customer service….Eric should write the book! Eric made the whole experience easy and stress free. During our first conversation with Eric, I felt a sense of relief because we knew we were in the best of hands. We are so glad our realtor recommended Eric to us. Eric goes the extra mile! If anything comes up during the loan process…Eric and the team are going to do everything possible to help to make things work to close on time. Eric worked during off hours to answer phone calls from my husband. My husband and I can’t say thank you enough to Eric and the Sea Trust team for making our dream home a reality! Everyone says the mortgage loan process is so grueling. However, if you want a personalized, seamless, easy, breezy, best day ever kind of loan process...I’d highly recommend you calling Eric at Sea Trust Mortgage!

  Awesome experience working with Eric Sykes at SeaTrust. He provided A+ support throughout the lending process! He worked with me to develop a loan that met my needs. Besides providing the most competitive rate and incredibly low costs, Eric's service and response time throughout the several week process was incredible. When I had questions, he always got back to me within a few minutes if not within seconds regardless of what day or time. Eric took care of every detail in the process. He made my life so much easier and kept my mind at ease. I have rarely, if ever come across someone in business who provides such superior service. I viewed Eric as my trusted advisor.   We were so blessed to have had Amanda Mulqueen as our mortgage loan officer. Not only is Amanda a topnotch professional, who truly knows her stuff, she is also very patient and kind...and her checklists and reminders are so helpful and priceless! We also need to mention the entire SeaTrust Team...everyone we communicated with guided us and made sure that we got through the entire process as effectively and efficiently as possible. This team allowed us to pull off a 21-day close! We could not be happier. Bless you all!

  Lauren Boger and Sea Trust Mortgage continue to knock it out of the park when dealing with my clients. On our last transaction I had a client who was drug through the mud when trying to close on their home with another lender. Lauren and her team stepped up to the plate for them and took them from beginning to closing with absolutely no issues. I will continue to use them with all my clients and I highly recommend to everyone looking for a mortgage broker. Simply the best!!!

  Amanda Mulqueen was the best! She made the whole process so easy for me. She kept me updated regularly as to how the loan approval process was progressing. Amanda was always so helpful and knowledgeable about all of my concerns and any questions I had. I highly recommend using Amanda and SeaTrust Mortgage!
