  Kyle was extremely helpful and walked my husband and I through our loan options, the best most logical option for us, and what that would look like. Kyle was available to answer any questions we had, business hours or not. He got us the best possible interest rate and loan while going out of his way to reach out to the sellers agent of our home assuring him that we were reliable buyers. Could not recommend Kyle enough!! We will always speak highly of him and his services!

  My experience with Kyle Gibson with Gershman Mortgage was fantastic and could not have been better! I am a self-employed person with no employees so let’s just say my loan was not the easiest. On top of that I have been previously scarred and jerked around by one of the big box lenders. From the start Kyle was available, friendly and informative. Kyle always return my phone calls quickly and kept me up-to-date with text messages and emails, I was never left wondering what was going on. Kyle and his team walked me through the process from the application to the closing step-by-step always keeping me informed, I wrote an offer on a home and Kyle had me closed in 25 days, remarkable.   Kyle's expertise allowed us to make informed decisions when purchasing our home. He watched the interested rates carefully and got us locked in at a great rate! He was a text/phone call away at basically all times to help us work though questions and concerns. Our interactions with Kyle were authentic because his priority was making sure we had the information we needed to make the right decisions for us. We never felt like we were being pressured at any step in the process. Even after we closed on our home, Kyle was eager to answer any questions that we had.   Kyle did a amazing Job I’m getting us a loan for a new house after getting told we were not able to get a construction loan through two different banks Plan B was to buy a house my realtor contacted Kyle and he was on the ball working day and night on getting us a house lone thank you Kyle for working Day night and working with us you did a good job
