  Rough bank for business accounts- no technology: online banking is straight from Y2K- there is no way to reset your password without calling in. The associates never follow-up on requests and make everything seem like the customer's fault. They will service charge you for nearly everything and simply do not offer the value they should as a smaller bank. I moved my accounts and haven't looked back!

  Every time I call, I feel like I get the best personal service. If I have a question, they find the answer for me, personally. Also, sometimes my questions aren’t perfectly asked… They do a fantastic job of not making me feel stupid because of it. Thank you KS State Bank… you make a difference:-)

  It's pretty sad the tellers this afternoon watched me go through the ATM. I withdrew $160. I paid their $2.50 fee. The ATM only gives twenties. So I go through the drive thru and ask the teller if they could break one and give me change. Because I don't have an account they refuse. Note to self...never do business with Kansas State Bank.

  I've been a customer for years and never had any problems. They've always been very prompt and courteous. I've never paid any fees and I'm very impressed with their automated payments and technology.

  They had a dog on the other side of the counter, a freaking dog inside of a bank, it doesnt get any better
