  Had a AMAZING experience opening my first brand new account at this branch recently! I switched to CUA from Wells Fargo due to many reasons! Opening the account was simple and easy and did it no problems what so ever! The lady helping me Lanelle was perfect she explained everything down to the fine point and was able to answer all my question! They had a few problems with there temporary card printer and it was past closing time but they didn't kick me out the door with out a temp card at all! They took the time to get it all back up an running so i could walk out all set to go! This branch is AMAZING and definitely going to be my home branch and I am never switching again!

  I have been a member of the Credit Union of America since 1992, because of the low fees and the great service. Last Saturday I went to the Maple & Ridge location to open up another simple business account. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how long it takes to fill out all the Federal paperwork, and I arrived too close to closing, on a holiday weekend. But Bradon and Ariel were so patient, and stayed after closing for a long time to complete it all for me. Thank you so much!

  treated like a non person applied for a loan denied never received a letter from those people explaining why. they never ran a credit check just a email reply despite the fact i have a account there ended up going someplace else already opened a new account with another institution got the money i needed for my medical needs filed a complaint with ncua and the state of kansas

  We have been members for many many years love the service and the way they do business Eric Franz has always taken very good care of Us and we appreciate all His help and his Staff! 😊 would highly recommend CUA They are very personal and always remember our names!! Love this branch!! 👍🏼👍🏼

  I have multiple auto loans through them and have always found them to have the very best auto loan rates and great friendly service.

  They wouldn't let me deposit money into my checking account that I have with a shared member branch unless I was also a member of their credit union. Talk about lame!

  Closes early. Even if it’s a minute it’s very unprofessional. I would have wasted my time.
