  Sandy Weber was amazing at helping me with my first home purchase. I live in a rural community and she still made time to meet with me on the weekend after office hours. She was there through the whole process to answer questions quickly and make sure the loan went through.

  Larry Schmidt and his assistants are amazing! He made sure I had his contact information so that I could reach him whenever I needed anything or had any questions. No question was out of reach and he made sure that we were kept up to date every step of the way. If there was a way to make the journey smoother for us, he found it.   I worked with Chris Waipa from Delmar Mortgage on my home loan. It was so easy and came at a great rate. Their app is super handy for sending in documents and keeping tabs. They give you a step by step list of where you are on the closing process. They give you tons of help almost at any hour of the night or day, and they work seamlessly with the best realtor ever, Jeremiah Wood! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
