  Tim made buying my first Jeep a very easy and enjoyable experience. He answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Both he and Jared were very friendly and extremely helpful with the whole process of car buying. I could not believe I went in the morning to look at cars and drove my new Jeep home that afternoon! And I love it! Thank you both so much and I would definitely recommend them!

  I was disappointed actually. It was my first time up here and the car I saw online was not the same car in person... different color interior and exterior (silver is not gun metal gray). I was told it was a stock photo. Well I'm sorry, if I'm looking for a car and willing to put a good amount of money down it should be the same car in person as it is advertised online.

  The worst customer service I've had in a while. Went to test drive a vehicle with my girlfriend. After driving it and discussing price the saleswoman went in to check with her boss, saying we can wait right here, she'd be right back. 40 minutes later we come in to see her working with another customer. Didn't even acknowledge that we were still waiting until another associate went and said something. 40 minutes later she quotes a higher price than already offered. Said that the KBB value for the car was too low, because they take pride in the cars they sell, they "clean the air filters and wiper blades." I don't even care about the price, I care we were left outside waiting and forgotten. We should have just left after 15 minutes, but foolishly thought she was working on getting us numbers. This was a car for my girlfriend, I'm in the market for a new vehicle and neither of us will return there.

  I had the pleasure of working with Dan Young to purchase my Ram this past week. He did an exceptional job at keeping the process as simple as possible by keeping quick and thorough communication from the time I inquired about the truck to until I took delivery of it. Him and Jared were very polite and helpful getting the finacing done it a timely efficient manor. Overall great experience working with these guys thanks again!

  Amazing people they worked with me and gave me the best price for my used vehicle and lowered the price on the Ram that I bought. The process was very fast and we weren't stuck sitting and waiting around. Then Eric my sales rep saw that I was looking at purchasing some all weather mats after I was done signing the paperwork I went to purchase the floor mats and Eric already had the mats that he purchase for me and installed. I have bought many vehicles, but this was the best dealership I have ever dealt with and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thank you.

  The dealership was very professional and helpful from walking in the door. I test drove a few vehicles to see which one I preferred. Tim quickly located the car I was interested in. The vehicle was delivered from another dealership and I am now driving my "sweet ride." From start to finish 3 days. This is amazing service as far as I am concerned. I made an appointment for pick up of my new vehicle and every thing went very smoothly and promptly. Everyone I spoke with was professional at all times at this dealership. I give Krystal a 5 star rating in my book. I will be sending business to Tim every chance I get.

  This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The process was, again, easy and extremely timely. Tim and Jared were very helpful and had nothing but our best interests in mind. One of the most important reasons we chose to return to Krystal is because the sales people are in no way pushy. Their vehicles are high quality and competitively priced. We would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

  From the get-go John took fantastic care of me and worked within my budget to get me an incredible deal on a brand new truck. He was able to get me the exact truck I wanted and even helped me load my motorcycle in the back when we were done. This has been the best auto buying experience I've ever had.

  Exceptional service experience! Very friendly and honest. I came in after striking debris on the road and didn't know what to expect; since I was not from the area and found the dealership online. They got me in right away and made sure my car was thoroughly inspected - and safe to drive. I was back on the road right away. I was so impressed, I traveled back for additional service.
