  I liked the straightforward process. The mobile app was helpful in exchanging documents. I knew exactly what documents were requested, and they were easy to upload and send. The periodic emails with suspense dates was helpful in tracking progress. Kristine was very responsive, even responding after normal work hours. She and her team were top notch!
