  We called this office to see if our rates would be cheaper through Allstate and they were! And the staff were very nice and patient with me. They explained everything thoroughly and in a way I could understand. Insurance can be confusing!

  I contacted this office in desperate need of auto insurance and was pleasantly surprised with the young woman named Erin, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a quote, I was expecting to pay an outrageous amount and to my surprise, it was better than I thought. After she explained all of the discounts, She offered a LIFE policy and that rate was also affordable. Needless to say, I was only looking for auto insurance, but after Erin offered me State Farm’s life policy with the money I saved I was able to purchase both! I highly recommend Kristin Cooper’s office to anyone who’s looking for affordable auto and life insurance. This office deserves 10 stars!

  Julie Miller provided me with a free quote as part of Lacrosse Fundraiser. Not only did she save me a significant amount of money, annually. She was prompt, full of answers and patient as I worked through my decision making process. I was with my last insurance company for 21 years.   Amazing customer service. I can't stress enough how much they cared about helping me and my family. They worked with us and were able to get the rates that we wanted and could afford. Nick an agent that works there was also amazing and walked us through everything and was very helpful. 5 stars in my opinion!!!!
