  I used Kristi was my mortgage lender for 2 purchases and a refi. She always has courteous & efficient service. She is always friendly and exudes warmth like a giant ray of sunshine. She is always responsive to my needs and works quickly to resolve issues I am having. She finds me competitive rates and explains my options. She is clearly an expert in her field. My most recent home purchase was a fairly complicated conservatorship and I don't know that we could have closed before the county put the house up for auction if it wasn't for her(and my awesome realtor deserves some credit too). I will always remember the person from title company at the close referring to her as a miracle worker and expressing his amazement at what she was able to pull off in the tiny window between when county approved my offer and the closing deadline before they would put it up as a sheriff's sale.
