  Kris Z. is a miracle worker! After being turned down for a mortgage refi by 2 banks, Kris took me on. Determined to help me refi, she figured it out, never saying “no”, yet managing expectations. I miraculously received an EXCELLENT rate too! She was great at communicating the whole way and managing my expectations.
