  Kris was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a home and he made it extremely simple to understand and was very responsive every time I had a question, no matter what time or day. We were cleared to close 26 days ahead of schedule and could not have done it without Kris.   Kris was incredibly patient and thoroughly knowledgeable. We had been burned multiple times in the past on refis during the housing bubble, and were stuck in a ARM for 14 years. When we finally had what we needed to lock in a fixed, Kris was able to get us the best deal possible and was so much faster answering questions than our credit union. In the end, he matched or beat everyone else's offer on every level. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kris and his team. He has completely earned our trust and loyalty.
