Despite the Service Department being short-handed that day, he was attentive and went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will be scheduling my next appointment with Chandler.

Donna Colvin2Scheduled appointment and made sure to ask about getting ride to work. Day I dropped off vehicle, I asked again and was told the shuttle would pick me up at 8 am. At 8:35 am, I was still waiting. Shuttle never showed up and no one offered a solution. I had to get a co-worker to leave work and drive all the way to Kraft Nissan to pick me up, causing both of us to be late.

DS Marshall1Not only was the price completely outrageous for an oil change and replacing ONE tire sensor, but they failed to wash the car after it was done. It was a huge inconvenience to me to have them pick it up again the next day just to wash it. NEVER again will I go there.

Ivy Salters5It wasn’t necessarily smooth but wasn’t terrible either. I had a $10 off coupon that I could have used for my birthday. I didn’t remember it so i wish your systems were built to check and see or if someone would have reminded me or asked if i had a coupon.

thomas gleason3I went in this morning for oil change; the cashier said it was finished. I walked out one of the service personnel said it is ready at front of line. I drove off; no one valcumed the car out or spoke to me about car. Ten minutes later I got a call saying they he forgot to tell me about the service. When your paying 75.00 for oil change you expect better service more organized.

Lulu DLS2The Rep that assisted me Jewel was excellent. Very engaging and welcoming. Knowledgeable and you can tell that she loves helping others. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the mechanic that managed my car. He didnt bother to check my vehicle in detail and just pushed a list to me of "what could be needed base on your mileage" items to replace. 2 of them I had just replaced but he didnt even bother to check before just asking me to replace it again "because are the things that you normally have to replace at this mileage" that makes me feel that I cannot trust your services or been provide true information without being scammed as if I was dealing with any street mechanic. The only reason that my score is not lower is because of jewel's service that went above and beyond and I'm not sure if this affects her score as well or not.
Response from the ownerWe will be reviewing your last service visit and will be in contact. We do make recommendations based on the service manual, which would be based on mileage. When we make recommendations usage/wear and tear should always come into consideration. Our process is to also check history of any items that have been completed at our dealership. We apologize if there was a miscommunication or error on our part.

Vetted Ephanny5I pulled into the service department with a bad tire, pretty much flat. The team helped me right away. Unfortunately they didn’t have the my size tire, but they put on my spare. Everyone was very professional and I was very pleased with their help today.

David Hull1I brought my Titan XD Diesel to this dealership because it was burning fuel suddenly at the rate of 3 miles per gallon. After one day they called me and said that they had checked everything and that there were no problems. I knew that there was a problem because I had just burned 40 gallons of fuel in a 120 mile trip, barely making it to the dealership. So I insisted that they test drive it and measure the fuel usage. They did and came back to tell me that a sensor was bad and that it was a 3 to 4 hour repair and that they would try to complete the repair by the end of the day. The next day they told me that it would be repaired by the end of THAT day. They are slow to return calls, quick to conclude that there is not problem and slow to make repairs, taking 2&1/2 days to do a 3 to 4 hour job.
