  Amazing customer service! And, super quick loan approval! 2 days ago found car online at local dealership. Called FSU CU during lunch break to get pre-approved (current loan promo is best rate we could find). Selected loans in automated phone system and Sheree picked up right away. She took info over phone and submitted request before my 30 minute lunch was over. We were pre-approved by the time I got off work, went to dealership, bought car, and drove it home. Yesterday morning emailed buyer order to Sheree. She had loan approved same day. Signed loan docs using cell phones…very easy. We wanted to hand deliver check to dealership. Sheree made it happen. CU actually stayed opened a few minutes after 5pm for us. Highly recommend Sheree and FSU CU. Thank you so much!!

  I really like this local credit union. But I'm going to have to say, I detest the virtual assistant messages when you call. I just need to talk to somebody. So I can push zero or pound and get to somebody to ask a question. Not listen to all the rigmarole for all the different buttons that I can push and still not get a person. I love this credit union but this is very disappointing.

  This banks policy Involves huge amounts of theft from its customers. I would recommend any other banking establishment unless you want to pay extremely high fees (nearly double the principle) on a loan. Have a great day!

  This has got to be the slowest branch in town. I have gone through this drive thru 2 times (we’ll really just once because after 15 minutes of not moving I left) and it is painfully slow. I am stuck in line now and I have been here for 22 minutes and finally at the window (mind you I was only the 2 car in line). They might close before even getting to me.

  The most incompetent people ive ever met work at any fsu credit union in tallahassee. I have never had anything ive requested ever done and this credit union has screwed me over and my credit more times than i can count. Avoid at all costs

  Sarah and Kim are excellent. They are my go tos regardless of the situation. Kim has always been extremely professional and willing to assist in any way. This auto purchase was my first time working with Sarah but she was very transparent and thorough from start to finish. These two women are definitely assets to the branch!
