  I recently closed on a property, and my experience with this company wasn’t the best. The women were most efficient in regards to closing on this property but there was one experience of mine that stuck out the most. I reached out to the loan originator Earon Lee after the closing process was complete to inquire about a mistake he previously made submitting documents.He was bereft of respect and appallingly rude and aggressive. He called me out of my name and said I was ignorant. So, be cautious when choosing a loan originator and or officer/realtor!

  When we purchased our home we worked closely with Tanya. She was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our financial situation was tricky with lots of unusual circumstances but Tanya walked us through each one and found solutions for all of them. She made everything seem so effortless. We were able to secure a loan with a fantastic rate and we purchased our dream home.

  Kores Lending; if you are ever thinking of buying, selling or refinancing your new or existing loan, go nowhere else, Kores team is your best option. I realize this might read as a promotional add but is true. I recently refinanced my primary home, they not only offered me the lowest rate compared to the big branches like Wells Fargo, Quicken Loans, from whom I got bombarded with calls and emails, and honestly, did not felt that honest advice and guidance you need in such an important decision. Kores Lending helped me with a flawless process, all managed securely and online, with really cute/friendly videos updating you on the state of your loan. Closing costs can be included in your new loan so you don't event have to worry about not having the cash to close. Thank you to the Kores Lending team for supporting me for the last 12 years of family Lending decisions. Very well deserved 5 stars of excellence. Tanya, Tulio, Monica, forever in my heart.

  I have just praises to give KoRes and it’s owner Monica Shand. When I called her to help me sale my mother’s apartment, she immediately got to work on it. She took pictures and the apartment was sold super fast. Monica and her team were honest, extremely professional, with high standards and ethics. My mother and I loved the amazing and positive energy that Carilin Frau brought to the plate. She is part of this awesome team and my mom absolutely loved her and Monica! If you don’t want to worry about anything during the process of selling or buying, I highly recommend KoRes for your business. You won’t regret it. Monica Shand is an amazing woman. I don’t have enough positive words to describe her.   They were more than helpful to help me with my mortgage. Very responsive, super knowledgeable and cordial, I feel like they fought for me during the process, which is a major thing to find these days. I would certainly use them again if needed and recommend them to others!
