  Back in 2008, when the market crashed, my grandparents had this beautiful home they spent their entire lives saving up for. It was custom built, and had all custom furniture. Everything was made for them, and they were comfortable. My parents had some drug issues at the time, so they were constantly dealing with that, but otherwise, they had us (their grandchildren) and their home. We were happy. The only fond childhood memories I have were in that home. My grandparents always paid their mortgage on time and were giving to the community, however, the market crash was inevitable. That was when my grandmother was diagnosed with stage 3C breast cancer. My grandparents were still able to pay their mortgage and medical bills, but it seems that wasn't enough, because Kondaur Capital Corporation swooped in and bought the house in full! My grandparents didn't even have a say in it! So, in order to get my grandparents out of the house, they raised the rent more and more until they drained every last penny out of them, then evicted them. It was a terrible, reprehensible thing to do. I wonder how the people working for this company sleep at night. They RUINED our lives. My grandparents still haven't been able to get themselves out of the debt they were forced into because of this awful company, and it's been NINE years. I hope you all get the karma you deserve. My poor grandparents.

  A very displeasurable experience - I was swindled while I attempted to buy a property as a primary residence that was mortgaged by Kondaur. A week after my offer was signed and accepted, Kondaur reneged and cancelled the contract, selling the house to a flipper for significantly less than my offer, while refusing to reimburse me for several hundred dollars in inspection, postage, and administrative costs. There's no shortage of other lenders out there, this one is a hard pass.

  I wish Google would allow me to rate Kondaur Capital lower than one star. Their lack of professionalism, their deceit and their lies are without limits. They are incompetent and should not be utilized for anything. They don’t know their jobs (especially Luke Greene), you can’t speak to anyone else about an account besides the one person assigned to it, the supervisors don’t call you back when you request to speak with them. SMH. Save yourself everyone, seek another company.

  Worked with William for MONTHS, knew the amount of the home loan, jumped through hoops and paperwork for this man, only to be told at the end that he couldn't do the loan, amount needed wasnt enough. Umm it was enough at the beginning. So if you want to be strung long, and lied to, give them a go, but as far as im concerned, the one star is to much! Thanks for wasting months, when we coukd have been working with a reliable firm!! YOU SUCK!

  This place is a joke. No follow through on their end for anything. Don't waste time dealing with these people. Absolute trash .
