  Brandon was fantastic! I’m super picky and he worked with me until I got my Bright White Grand Cherokee with black badges and rims! I am so happy I got exactly what I wanted!

  The day we bought our used Acadia went smooth and very good. Thats when things changed. This dealership has been nothing but trouble to work with. almost 2 months from when we did the deal we haven't received our title/possession of ownership or our check to pay the taxes at our local dmv. Every time we call we are promised someone will call us back but they dont, we have to keep calling them back a few days later. The Acadia was missing a part on the cowl and we were promised they would mail us the new one, well that never happened either. Pat and Sam are very unprofessional and very full of themselves and fill you with lies. I wish we would have never found or dealt with this business. STAY AWAY!!

  Saw a vehicle on the website & called the bank to see if I could get approved for it. They approved me for it. I go to the dealership & I told the guy I was really interested in a specific vehicle. He didn't care one bit. Didn't care what I could afford or whatever. The vehicle I saw on the website wasn't even there, so why show it on your website? Very ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I ended up going to Chevy since they listened to me & actually helped me with what I could afford!

  Big thanks to Brandon for helping us find a new Jeep. We had very specific trim and color we wanted. After an exhaustive search Brandon was able the find just the right Grand Cherokee for us.

  Good experience with recall notice work. I have owned Chevy and Toyota in the past and have never had so many recalls as I am having with the 2500 Ram Truck. Living a fair distance from Rhinelander, this is very inconvenient, but the dealership and service have taken care of me in a timely way.

  We can't express our sincere gratitude for your Service Department enough! On the start of a busy 4th of July weekend, we found ourselves more or less stranded with boat in tow and 150 miles away from our final destination. Service found a way to work us in and within a couple of hours, we were back on the road. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

  I really wish I had done more research about this dealership. We bought a used car and it is a complete lemon! No used car lemon law in Wisconsin. They fixed two issues on the car and said they would not fox anything further. Not even 40 miles on the vehicle!!! 😪😡 Lesson learned. I realize it was a used vehicle, but I had certain expectations because it came from a dealership that the engine would be decent. 🤷 Shame on us. So sad to be taken of advantage of like this.
