      The atm is literally always down. About 50% of the time I can't use the atm for deposits. I work until after bank hours and leave with large amounts of cash, and another bank is 20+ more minutes out of my way to make a deposit. I also have a lot of issues with my car payment going through online. I always have to pay it in person now and I work ALL bank hours, so this is extremely INCONVENIENT.

      I went in to the branch, expecting the associates to NOT be able to help me with my request. See, my part-time employer had failed to pay me for some work and the only way I could prove it was with copies of my deposited checks. I had NOT scanned each check (which was MY bad), and the yellow slip we receive only has amounts. I needed copies of checks going back to Oct. 21, so I felt doomed. THANKS to tellers Lauren, Nicole (and another young lady whose name I failed to get) plus Aaron, who I believe is the manager - I was able to prove my case, and get $600 in back pay the very next day !!!       Just have had issues from day one. They even froze me out of my own account. Took me 3 days to be able to draw any cash out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

      I just called for some help and someone named billy answered the phone and was very rude I had a very simple question and that was all I do not appreciate the rude phone service you guys have I called again and they hung up on me I’ve only had this bank about 2-3 months since I just moved here

      I had my debit card block last night due to entering wrong pin at ATM , i decided to call in to cash out money and three different people attended my call and they were very rude and when i didnt understand something the Lady would be like (oh lord ) in whispering . I tried for 2 hours and no one was able to help me out . They ended up saying that i was a robber trying to steal my own money . I am very disappointed with the Bank and as soon as i can i will be cancelling my accounts with them .

      If you have 30 minutes to wait in line, come here! Consistently one of the busiest branches and only keeps 1-2 people inside helping. Love the company, great for car loans and CDs but come prepared to wait awhile.

      Probably the saddest customer service I've ever experienced.Their atm took my money the night befor and I went back as soon as they opened the next day to see what could be done befor I could even get the full situation out of my mouth the lady I was dealing with had told me I was wrong to put money in the atm to begin. Which now i understand why but I was offended she was telling me I was wrong befor I could even get my side of the situation out of my mouth. Then she went to get the manager, and he wasnt very informative of what was going to happen or seemed to not care to help me at all. He didnt seem like he really wanted to answer my questions. I've never had an issue depositing my bill.money into my account through the atm. So now I'm nervous about getting my money deposited into my account correctly and now I have to spend my full day fighting for my money to be put in correctly. Feel like if they wanted my business they'd make sure my concerns were takin care of properly instead of kinda just blowing me off and telling me I was dumb to use a service they offer. I've had way better serive at the Turkey creek location. So as soon as I hopefully get this situation resolved. I'll forever be taking my buisness to the Turkey creek location. This one was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful

      Poor customer service. Inexplicably, this location closes at 12:30 on Wednesdays. Not knowing this, I was walking up to the door a few minutes ago at 12:30 on a Wednesday and the guy walked up and locked the door in front of me while I was 2-3 steps away. I was reminded there is a reason I have been shifting my banking elsewhere. This may be the last straw.

      Quick quality service. My experience was short of 5 stars because the teller lady was sick and was coughing and sneezing on the money she was about to hand me. I think this says less about TVA, and more about the work culture we have in this country. I told the lady maybe someday we will have mandatory paid sick days, and then I asked her to make a deposit instead of handing me cash. She did and it was very quick.

      The Manager at this branch lied to me about the overdraft fee reimbursement policy, and would not willing to look into the case. I called instead the next day and talked to an associate at different branch. I was reimbursed half of the fee back according to " their policy" which she stated that will apply for all locations. I assume either the Manager lady is ignorant about their own policy or , they just follow or tell their customers how the overdraft fee reimbursement policy works whenever they feel like it. I always has good experience with West Knoxville TVA staffs after many years until I met and talked to their manager. Really disappointed!
