  I just spent over 15 minutes dialing the local Knoxville, TN office repeatedly before I finally connected with an actual live person. I spent over another hour on the phone (mostly on hold) to get an issue taken care of. I am no longer banking with Bank of America, and I would not recommend to anyone!!!

  The tellers work very hard to keep lines down while providing excellent customer service. Sales associates are very educated and ready to help everyone. Great bank!

  My husband and I had to change banks, went In for an appointment with Kenneth Thacker and he was fantastic! With this being only the 3rd bank I'd ever had, I had fears that it would be a difficult process but Kenneth made it very easy and comfortable for us.

  Hello my name is Nshimirimana Cryspin today is august 10th. Around 4:42pm I left Bank of America from being there since 3:50pm. I left and was not help at all. Before I left they told me whatever they had going on in the back was more urgent. More urgent then helping a member. The only one to help me was the security personnel. I will be taking my business else well. I wish I could give a no star. They don’t deserve one or your business.

  Loved this bank until they did me and my girlfriend so dirty they closed our accounts out of no where giving us no reason why they said that they don’t have to give a reason why they closed our accounts then they locked the funds in our account and told us we had to wait 1-2 weeks for a check to come in the mail I used to love banking with them bc of the convenience but I do not recommend anything more they will close your account at the wrong time and you will be screwed I’d advise anyone banking with them to pull all your money out and go bank somewhere else

  won't answer their phone. have tried dozens of times. it rings and rings, then a message says, "make an appointment on-line." i don't want to come in until i know what papers i need to bring—that's a phone call, not an exposure opportunity. BoA, answer the phone!

  If I could I wouldn't give this branch not even a half a star. Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru only one lane was open teller was branch manager who was working the drive thru and counter by herself and was extremely rude! If you bank with Bank of America, avoid this branch. Worst experience ever!

  Amazing customer service! Had a huge mistake almost stop us from closing on our new house. The bank manager made an exception to the rules so my closing could go through today. Thank you so much!

  Worst bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!! I never have been there and not spent over 30mins! So unorganized. Plus dont ever deposit a big check there or you will not see your funds for at least a week when SunTrust is the next day.

  First time visiting this branch. Upon entering, I was first greeted by a smiling and pleasant woman who asked how she could help. I told her why I was there and she directed me to the tellers behind the counter. The customers in front of me were greeted by first name as they approached the tellers and their transactions were processed quickly. Mine was as well and I was on my way. I received great service at this branch today.
