  Not really sure where to begin, But JoLynda and Elizabeth in the mortgage loans department have been AWESOME!!! They made refinancing our home extremely easy and smooth. Communication with them was great any question we had they were on top of it. They both are extremely kind and courteous, they kept us updated throughout the process. We hit a snag in the loan process but not due to them but my old home mortgage lender and the hard work and dedication they have for there customers really showed and they got the issue worked out with ease. I recommend anyone in the market for a home loan or refinance to contact JoLynda and Elizabeth for any of there needs. They exceeded our expectations more then we could ever imagine. The wife and I are extremely blessed to been able to work with them and they will forever have us as customers for life.

  I made a great decision moving across the street from ORNLFCU to here. Staff is excellent and provides wonderful service and help. Clayton helped me refinance my car and made it easy breezy.

  Clayton and Elisha at the Lenoir City office were VERY accommodating, sanitary, and helpful. They assisted me with a personal loan while I had my 10 month old with me. They were working with a new system which gave them more problems than me or my baby did. Although they were having issues with the system they quickly and efficiently got my loan done while also keeping my baby preoccupied without touching her. I highly recommend using the Lenoir City branch for nay business. They are always friendly, cheerful, and helpful!

  Knoxville TVA employees credit union is the best bank I have ever had an account with. They have the best staff who go out of their way to take care of all of their customers banking needs. If your looking for the best bank to deal with.... simply head to a Knoxville TVA employees credit union at one of their many locations.

  I recently applied for a personal loan using a vehicle for collateral as I am rebuilding my credit. Julie Murray, hands down, is the most amazing loan officer I have ever dealt with. For no other reason than Julie, I will remain a member for life!!! It’s been a struggle for me since I lost my parents in April and Julie made the process so simple and easy from the application to funding. She is absolutely fantastic with a true customer service mentality that’s near impossible to find these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Julie Murray to anyone needing financial assistance or advice.   Great place for all your banking needs. Above average Customer Service. It doesn't matter if you have $20 or $20 million, you still get treated with the same excellent customer service.

  Never open when I need to come to the bank . Then one of the machines just took my money and when it tried to come back out of the machine it said I took to long but it wouldn't open so I could retrieve my money back and told me to contact the branch. So inconvenient. App is always down also.

  We have been with TVACU for over 30 years and now both of our grown children have accounts there. We've always experienced excellent service at every branch we've used. We plan to continue our relationship with TVACU.
