      There is no can-do, let's make it happen attitude. I called ahead to verify they could help me with a Wells Fargo Dealer Services car loan payoff and they said yes. Although the banker was nice they wasted my entire 1 hour lunch to tell me they couldn't help.

      Liz the branch manager has terrible customer service. When you have a problem she isn’t looking for a solution just reiterating the issue. Not a great experience with Wells Fargo in general but especially this location. I have had better customer service at McDonalds right down the street... 👎🏽👎🏽

      No one is on the same page and they dont even honor or understand their own policies..WF same old trash different day! I do like their mobile app though

      Went to go thru the drive thru, hours said close at 5:30pm, they were closed at 5.

      Restrictions on wire amounts. Bankers aren't helpful. Money is being held hostage.
