  If I could give this company negative stars I would. Do not get a loan with this company. They will take your payment and then repo your car the next day. After getting the car, they will add frivolous fees to run up the amount owed, even after they sale car. Following the sale of the car Kitch was awarded a judgement which has been coming out of my check for over a year. Today, Kitch decided to place a delinquent account notice on my credit report, stating that all of a sudden, they have charged off the account, even though they continue to collect payment on the charged off account. This is a corrupt and predatory loan company. If you are looking for a car loan and they offer you financing run!

  Jennifer is very rude and disrespectful. I called to see if there was anything I needed to do, since I was in an accident and my car was totaled so gap insurance needed to be filed. She was short, told me she didn’t have any information, and I needed to be patient. This was the first time I called, because my insurance company was the one dealing with them. I asked to speak with the manager, Jessica, and she was just as rude and said Jennifer had every reason to be that way because I had my insurance rep handle everything which apparently makes me combative. She refused to let me file a complaint. If you have to call them, be prepared to deal with rude customer service and just know you’re always going to be at blame for their rudeness. If I could could speak to someone hire up I would but their only number goes back to them, and refuse to let me speak to someone who will actually file a complaint.

  They are super friendly!! Worked with us after our engine blew less than 5 months of buying a new car. They worked with us if we were late on a payment. As long as you make your payments they don't care. They also gave us another small loan to get our GMC fixed even though our credit isn't the best because we make our vehicle payments on time and when we say we will. I'm having Total shoulder replacement surgery next month and will be off for 4 months. They are working with us on that too so we won't have to make a payment until I'm back to work. Great people to work with. Highly recommend this company for your loan needs.

  They have the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t even say goodbye as common courtesy, they just hang up. Never get a loan from these people. Pandemic, they don’t care! I hope this company goes under Bc they are terrible. My loan is almost paid off. Thank goodness and good riddance, never again will I use them!

  Great company! I have had times where I couldn't make my payment on the day it was due; and they have never charged me a late fee. The down side, is they don't send emails or letters to remind you to make a payment. But, they at least give you a grace period after your due date; instead of attacking you with late fees.

  They are the worst ever. They are too greedy. Your car gets totaled they get a good pay off more than what the car is valued and then I still find a way to still try to get some more money out of you after the fact. If I ever have to get a car and it has to be thru them m, I’d rather ride a scooter. SAMF

  I paid on time and more than my payment was for 3 years and in May I was put in bed rest due to complications from my pregnancy and could barely walk. I called every day for a month before I even got in contact with anyone and was told not to worry that they were going to defer 2 of my payments. Then found out a month later that they never did. I tried calling every day and would get no return phone call but they would email me telling me I need to call them. The manager Erin sent a private investigator to my house telling him that there had been no communication but in fact I had just spoke with her a day before. They came and got the vehicle and once I got back to work I tried to contact them and was told nobody but Erin is allowed to talk to me. I have called at least once again to try to talk to her but am always told she’s not there or in a meeting but never receive a return phone call. I have tried to work out a payment arrangement for what I owe only to find out they have sued me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

  They are very unwilling to work with you through anything. I was laid off after several years at the same job and I tried to just get my payment a bit lower for a few months as I had never even been late, at all. I ended up surrendering my vehicle because I couldn’t make the entire payment and now, during a pandemic as an essential worker, they are garnishing my wages at 3x what my car payment is. I paid on this bill every month without missing a payment and they wanted more money so they have garnished my wages. I don’t mind paying the bill, at all, I understand what I signed, however, to push this through the court electronically during a pandemic and to garnish several hundred dollars a month more than the actual payment was, is not good business practice. It has put my disabled child and grandson at risk of losing our place to live because I can not pay the bills and we are on food stamps so I just think maybe trying to work things out with those who are trying to pay, is a better business practice. Terrible service, find a different lender.

  I will make sure none of my loans ever go through this place again. They are not helpful at all. Never contacted me at all when I was waiting to find out anything about my account and the gap insurance. They acted like I was bothering them when I called and acted like they didn't really want to give me any information.

  Do NOT finance with this company. The collections department is a joke. They won’t work with you in any way. Always make my payments asked to move a payment 5 days and they said no. Piss poor company!! Wish I could give a zero rating.
