  Harrison is a well placed corner spot for ATM cash and banking needs in the heart of downtown. As a Tincaps game frequenter (and sadly taco bell frequenter) I love the access to my accounts when I'm downtown. Great staff and management!

  I contacted the branch to ask some questions I had about opening a business account and was placed on hold. After the employee returned to the phone she recommended I go to their website and look on there for information. Why have a phone if you are not going to discuss details with potential clients? Im glad it happened though because I would've hated to open an account with a company that isn't available to do their job for their clients.

  3 River's Credit Union has a policy which they will not provide you (the customer) loan amount balance or 5 to 10 day pay-off over the phone (not even a manager) following their security screening! Why not?!!! But instead they will send you an additional Personal Loan applications for you to borrow more $$$. Never again.

  Until they can figure out how to swap their online web payments from merging with another bank (West End) I will rate them better. They have been merged for a month now and I live too far away for this to be a solution. Hopefully they can improve their online user's abilities in another month.

  Mirza has been amazing! Over the last 3 years or so he has helped me with every financial hurdle I have come across! When I first met him I was contemplating bankruptcy as I felt that was my last option. My credit score at that time was 530's. So we started small, applied for a small consolidation loan with the hopes of getting my credit score higher so I could get better rates on all my current loans. Sure enough about a year later I was able to refinance my car and my consolidation loan to a really low rate. He helped me build a savings account which gave me so much peace of mind. Now my credit score is 750, my car loan is a 0% interest rate and I have one consolidation loan with a really low rate as well. I finally have control over my finances! And totally done with Credit cards. My daughters braces are paid off and I am slowly paying off the rest of my debt! Without Mirza I would have filed bankruptcy years ago and who knows what my financial status would look like now. I am so thankful a friend recommended him to me, and I have since passed his name along to several of my friends, family members and coworkers. I have never had a bad experience with 3 Rivers FCU and so happy I bank with them!!

  I’ve been working with 3 Rivers for years and my credit score has increased greatly thanks to all the work I’ve done with the bank manager. The manager is very helpful and builds genuine relationships with customers. I wouldn’t recommend any other credit union.

  Great Staff! Almost always slow, so you get right in. I wouldn't use the downtown office for walk-in account setup, etc since they don't have lots of staff...But to stop in and make deposits, etc it's the place to go!

  The staff here is very nice. The branch manager always has a smile on his face and is ready to help with your needs. Been banking with 3Rivers for years never had a problem.

  I joined 3Rivers early last year. In visiting this branch I have had the time privilege of working with Mirza on everything from an auto refinance, student loan refinance, and credit card consolidation. Mirza has walked me through every step and has helped me start the path of a better financial future for my family.
