I have never had a problem or issues with KFCU. The staff are always friendly and prompt with service. Never long wait lines. Thank you for staying later hours on Saturdays! Excellent credit union!

Maria Gonzales was working with me on a new car loan which we had not completed as the purchase was pending. When the purchase fell thru, I left Maria a message saying I no longer needed the loan. She called me the following work day to inquire of what had happened and what I had done with the Cashier Check. When I said "I shedded it" she explained that I needed to do a Stop Payment in order to have the money restored to my account and said I could come in and she would have the paperwork completed for me to sign. That she would take the time to follow up with a customer is to me truly Outstanding. Thanks Maria, you are really an outstanding person
