  Listen I love this woman she made it possible for me to get help from this loan like my credit is bad due to my dad passing last year and his credit hit mine she gave me hope and was able to approve me for a loan I highly highly recommend her make sure come in there respectively bc she matches that energy definitely 5 star rating on my list. 😇😇 and because of her I’m able to go to nail tech school and become Atlanta’s next best nail tech male edition and ima hook her up with her nails 😇

  They were very helpful, especially Mrs. K and easy to talk to and communicate with. It was a quick process and the vibe while waiting is awesome...I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

  The new lady they have in there is nothing like the one they lost. Does not try to assist and treats customers differently depending on if the regional manager is there, I can see as to why she left. I would never do business with them again! You brought a new person in to be manager but lost your best rep who provided sincere customer service!

  The ladies here are amazing and so welcoming. They made applying for a loan soo easy and hassle free im for sure going back to work with them. We ended up talking for the longest.They really try their best to help you out.

  I referred an individual to this location due to previously working at a sister store and I LOVE the core values of this company. I wish I would not have done it. Can you imagine a person in dire need for help being placed on hold for 12 minutes only to hear a message stating that we're assisting other customers and the call ends? The person didn't have the option to call back due to location being closed. Horrible! 12 minutes is unacceptable to wait on hold without someone coming back on the line to check on the customer.
