  Not just a bad branch but a terrible bank altogether! A hand written check does not AUTOMATICALLY indicate fraud 🤦🏼‍♀️ Awful "customer service"

  They are the worst even the manager I'm taking my business to a better bank (update) manager Esquivel Drew called me and treat me like a manager that wants to take care of his business and realized that his clients matter and that a bank have to take care of their people

  Love the people, Teller are great and friendly. The staff is always helpful and accommodating.

  Horrible customer service from this branch specifically. It took 3 phones calls and 12 days to get a dispute entered in the system, and over 2 weeks to get a replacement card. Absolutely unacceptable. I am currently in the process of switching banks.

  I trust 1STBank, the quality of the service, and the 24-hour customer care I receive there. Thanks to these three factors, I've had my accounts with them since 2003... I will say that recently, I've felt that the some of the teller staff at the local branches acts much less professional.

  I been with first bank for over 10 years. Best bank. Never any problems. My card number got stolen and they tried to use it in arizona and first bank spotted that transaction and suspended my debit card and called me right away asking if i was in arizona. I cancel that card number and getting a new one this week. They are the best. They are the best

  Was promised no fees for 1 year and only a $4 charge per month after the first 12 months. This was why I switched over from Chase. 5 months later I'm being charged $12 per month. You looked me, a small business owner, in the eyes and flat out lied. When I asked why you told me "because we have to stay competitive". I chose you because i thought you were different.You have lost my business and respect.

  I've had NO trouble with this bank at all. They actually fix issues right away. Mobile app has never glitched on me. I recommend this bank for those living paycheck to paycheck.
