RL N1Horrible customer service from this branch specifically. It took 3 phones calls and 12 days to get a dispute entered in the system, and over 2 weeks to get a replacement card. Absolutely unacceptable. I am currently in the process of switching banks.

I will say that recently, I've felt that the some of the teller staff at the local branches acts much less professional.

My card number got stolen and they tried to use it in arizona and first bank spotted that transaction and suspended my debit card and called me right away asking if i was in arizona. I cancel that card number and getting a new one this week. They are the best. They are the best

Atlas Theater1Was promised no fees for 1 year and only a $4 charge per month after the first 12 months. This was why I switched over from Chase. 5 months later I'm being charged $12 per month. You looked me, a small business owner, in the eyes and flat out lied. When I asked why you told me "because we have to stay competitive". I chose you because i thought you were different.You have lost my business and respect.
