  Phenomenal. They take pride in what they do, especially Dara and Sarah. You can tell they actually care about their customers and giving the best possible service. They really helped me out and I have no problem coming back if I need help with any banking needs.

  Kinectic is not a bank that you want to bank with or receive car loans from. They will offer you a car warranty that does not want to cover any damages on your vehicle. Kinectic will also tell you they have nothing to do with the warranty company. So basically they sale products that they know wont cover any damages to the vehicle. The loan processors will not speak to you or help you with anything. They wont even help to refinance the car. Ive been a customer for 5 plus years and service has declined EXTREMLY after covid. I will be closing my accounts and I will never do business with this bank again. I will be closing my account this week and getting a lawyer.

  John Tranmers made my car loan process so simple and smooth!! Amazing painless experience. Greatly appreciate the time he took. Also, Eric the processor has great customer service! Highly recommend.

  Chyanne is the most helpful and wonder for employee. She took her time to explain everything and made sure everything was taken care of. We opened the account without a problem and she made sure everything was seamless. Whenever coming to the 2-2 peach tree branch I suggest having her assist you in your financial needs. One of the best ever.

  Can't say enough good about this branch, Michelle and Nathan were both very helpful to me. Michelle was very understanding with my situation and went way over what I was expecting. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

  I can not tell you how displeased I was. I went by at lunch to make a co-op payment and I will say that I worked with a very kind gentlemen (only reason I’m giving 2 stars). Unfortunately, I had not brought the correct things needed to make the payment as this was my first time making a co-op payment. So he told me to come back before 5:30 to make the payment. I got off work early to drive over there. Get there at 4:55... doors locked. Immediately get back in my car and go to the drive through. 4:58. Teller informs me that I can’t make the payment cause they don’t do co-op payments after 5. I asked her to tell me what time she had... she said 4:58 but the lady who does the processing has already shut down her computer. She said sorry come back tomorrow and quickly turned off the camera. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE AT A CREDIT UNION.

  The person called me to talk to the primary account holder im the secondary. They were INCREDIBLY rude, cut me off mid sentence then hung up on me. That's how you get cussed out. They are very rude people DO NOT work with them.

  (Not this location, just kinetic bank in general). We got a car loan through this bank and it was a horrible experience. It seemed to operate without common sense and the majority of the lobby’s were closed for the 2 years we had the loan. If you attempt to pay via phone they charge you a $15 convince charge. I will never ever ever do business with the bank again.

  I use to love kinetic credit union but have been thinking about changing banks due to all the changes. Seems like they have a few tellers remotely working all locations. If you need to use a drive up PTM, be prepared for a long wait. It's ridiculous.

  I have been with kinetic since it was T.I.C. and today is the first time I have every had the worst customer service. I am very disappointed in how long it took for them to deposit my check. It took 23 minutes and I was the first person to show up and everyone else left before me. I was on my 40 minute lunch break. So I got to spend my lunch time at a bank. You guys need to work on training your staff to be more effective when it comes to customer service.
