  I've been trying to rebuild my credit over the last year, and I needed to make this review a priority because Delbert McFarlane at Kinecta has personified the idea of community banking, and the above and beyond service that goes with it. I went into Kinecta in May of 2020 for advice on how to rebuild my credit so my wife and I could buy a house and start a family, and Delbert took the time to help me come up with a plan to execute over the year. I got a secured credit card, made my payments on time, and by July of 2021 my score had gone up 100 points. Sure enough, I returned to Kinecta and applied for the unsecured card, and Delbert fought for me for three weeks to make sure my hard work was rewarded after my initial application was declined. He even followed up with a handwritten card, thanking me for the opportunity to help. I'm blown away by service I've received and I'll be banking with Kinecta from now on because of it.

  Had to open up a new bank account. Got a same day appointment and was helped by the very awesome Ariel Neal to get everything sorted. Efficient, quiet location with great staff. Also love that they can print debit cards on branch, no waiting for it in the mail and your online banking/app is working immediately as well. No waiting for anything in the mail!

  Thank you to the Kinecta Family for always coming through when I need them. I have been a member for 5 or so years and every encounter throughout has been exceptional. Never any complaints... You have made the entire process of me obtaining a BRAND NEW car loan nothing short of a success!!!! Delbert you are amazing and I thank you for all of your help in the process, making sure everything I needed was available. And also keeping me informed of my options. I am super excited for my new credit building adventures while driving a bit more sustainable now with my brand new 2021 electric vehicle! Thanks Again to all!!!

  Great customer service here! Delbert is Amazing! He took his time to go over everything in full detail! We left Bank of America, saved money from their crazy fees and now we feel free! Very friendly and warm settings. Highly recommend all patrons to leave banks and join over here.

  This is a GREAT credit union, with branches all over. They offer you the same services as any commercial bank - including online services, ATMs, etc - with the same federally-secured safety, and at lower prices, low or no-minimums, and lower fees! They can even make you a new ATM/ debit card with their new 3D printer, while you wait! No more waiting in the mail for your ATM card! 5 stars!🌟

  The worst credit union on the South Bay/LA. Their online banking is ancient to useless. As well as they have no ability to transfers funds from other bank accounts. I’ve signed up for balance updates 3x (both text and email) and never work. Dishonest-Straight crooks! Or management trains them to be the least knowledgeable staff every encountered!

  These people are not honest when it comes to your credit card. When they claimed they reimbursemed the transaction into your account, but in reality its just posted on the account without reflecting on the final balance. Thief's and liars.
