  Micah is THE BEST! I trust him with all my clients and finally had the opportunity to work with him personally. He was always available to answer my million questions, run a million different scenarios, loan options and numbers for me (and by million i don't think i'm exaggerating). He is known and reputable in the area too which also helps greatly! And works with the best appraisers too. Micah was by my side the whole time - i knew i had his expertise, knowledge but also a true friend who really cared each step. In addition to all this, Micah was also a calming and confident force. I couldn't imagine going through this process with such a big part of it in anyone else's hands.

  I recently closed my fourth real estate transaction with Micah. He is thorough and thoughtful. Every transaction I have done with him has closed on time and no details regarding payment or points were changed at the final hour. In an industry that is full of sharks people like Micah are hard to come by. I would refer any friend of family member to him!
