  Most services are very good except the phone system. You are constantly stuck in a loop with the automated system. You can't talk to a LIVE person. Very frustrating

  I financed my two auto loans through Kinecta and each time the service were excellent and efficient. The rates were far better than what the dealership was offering me. Kudos to Eva for assisting me and making my loan process easy and painless.

  The service here could not be worse. Nobody ever picks up the phone, takes hours to talk to someone but mostly just have to wait for a call back..

  I deferred one payment and have been harassed by them ever sence as having a missed payment.. The worst I have ever seen. I owe less than a thousand dollars and will pay that off next month and they still send me nasty letters, trying to steal my car . I am tempted to sue them for the harassment. Don't go there for any loan.

  The online tool is not an advantage. I have been waiting in my car for 40 minutes and still have 6 people in front of me. This is my second attempt today to make a withdrawal over the atm limit. I am very disappointed in this service.
