  Poor service and their home page is completely useless. Everything is time locked to include making a payment. I have never experienced a credit union that is so incompetent and under developed.

  This kinecta bank is my first bank the staff friendly and very helpful they help me build my credit give me a first credit card 5 years

  Teller was rude(the one closest to the exit), and told me I have to make an appointment to open a checking out, do not answer the phones either. Why do I have to make an appointment when the bank is empty??? Most banks would kill for someone to open a bank account at this time. I guess not this bank. Re: No thanks, I opened an account at US Bank. They are nice and know how to treat people, I was also able to do everything online. I don't see your bank being in business long, because your customer service is absolutely horrible. 0 out of 5 stars does not recommend.

  Horrible Service. Tellers have the worst attitude I have seen, especially in a credit union establishment. You can blame Covid but these employees do not want to be here. Sad!! Their managers should take Management training from Chic Filet or McDonald’s !!

  I waited for over an hour and 30 min with intentions to open 2 CD accounts and was never served or greeted until about 15min after they closed to ask me to make an appointment; this happened on 07-20-2019. Thanks for the hospitality, you just missed over 100k in investment funds.

  The only reason I’m giving this location 3 stars is because the outside of the bank is always filthy. The whole parking lot is gross. My other big complaint is there is 2 atm machines and only 1 of them is for deposit only. When I go there we all make the same complaint and the atms seem to always have breakdowns. The employees are always great at this location. I actually miss Irene the Manager being here at this location.

  Making my second trip to la since they no longer service the inland Empire. My account is closed but my cedit card is active so dumb. This is the third time you have closed my account. You dont service low income communities only the rich. Thats why all the locations in urban areas are closed. Camt wait to vent my frustration in person. Why woukd i keep a large amount with a bank thats never responsive?

  This is this slowest Kinecta I've ever been to. Every single time I come here I wait for at least 20mins . The people that work here are friendly and helpful, but they are at most of them. The most annoying part is that you see about 5 people in the back doing it looks to be nothing while the line is to the door and only 3 people helping .

  Worst bank ever I literally had to wait 45 minutes to see an banker and the whole time I was waiting never had anyone come up to me.
