  It is closing time and the line is 20 people deep and there r only 2 tellers helping and there are 3 other people behind the glass not. How is this helping the customer? The last time i come here

  this is one of the worst bank to go to.I agree with all the other reviews. rude long wait....transfer your money to chase banks..so polite no no waiting time find one in every corner,, 1 out of 10 .I give them a one worst bank ever

  WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!! i went there with my mom we got in and then closing time came and she told me to go get her phone because she needed it and when i went back the security wouldn't let me in and he knew i was her son and he even told me that he said that if i came out i couldn't come back in but he didn't. So i recomend NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION.

  Don't bank here & wouldn't. Every time I pass by there are NEVERENDING lines outside. & to the ATMs, as well. Its unreal.

  This bank has horrible customer service why is it that in the neighborhoods that are mainly blacks and Hispanics is where this bank has the worst customer service

  Natile was so nice and fast I watched her serve 4 clients to the left of her the other 4 tellers were still on them see people that they were with when I walked in.... Great service.....

  Do not come to this bank. I have waited over 30 mins because they only have 2 tellers and refuse to train people. They only want you to suffer. Run for the hills! Worst Bank.

  What's the point of offering a small business line if it's not open. Now I'm waiting in line behind 25 people with only 4 tellers. Horrible

  GARBAGE!!....Worst Service By Benard the Representative. Very Rude, Inattentive, Inconsiderate. I was late to work to not even get what I need!!! Definitely wont be returning to This Bank Of America!!
